Electricspares is a family run business that has been trading for over 40 years.
We started as service and repair agents of GlenDimplex products. Having repaired their vast range of product types for over 40 years, we have a vast knowledge of their spare parts.
In 2005, we opened our online store selling GlenDimplex spare parts direct to the public.
We price the products on our web site so that they are more competitive than buying from GlenDimplex direct, and safe in the knowledge that every part is genuine and comes with the manufacturers guarantee.
We have three levels of service:
Stock Items fulfilled by us:
We operate from a small warehouse in Somerset and always stock the most popular products. We aim to despatch stock items with 2 working days.
Non Stock Items fulfilled by us:
If we don't have stock, we can still take orders and supply any product in the GlenDimplex spare parts range. It can take 7 to 10 days to get the parts from the Manufacturer to us, and then to you.
Stock Items fulfilled by Amazon:
In 2020, we opened our Amazon store. The reason for this is so we can exploit the excellent Amazon delivery service to get parts to you by the next day.
We supply the most popular products into the Amazon fulfilment centres in the UK, so they are available to all Amazon customers. As the products are in the Amazon warehouses, the Amazon Prime delivery service can be exploited for next day delivery. We keep the Amazon prices as low as we can, but of course Amazon take some commission in return for their excellent customer service and expedient supply.
